Our most prominent way of addressing this is by raising the project’s foundation by 1m above public roads. However, such a process can only be executed before any construction occurs and requires an experienced developer to account for it.

We wanted residents to be able to escape the mundane modern-day life of Bangkok once they entered. In a city where most occupants do not respect the rights of others, the environment we created aims to provide a natured filled utopia-like atmosphere where order is restored, and residences are respectful of one another, forming a tightly knit community.

the architecture conforms to a modern contemporary style. Favouring the use of earth tone palette and natural materials whilst not being too understated or overstated. Contrasting inanimate building materials with a plethora of plant life, each project infuses the two entities to form a unique blend of modern tropical builds.

all I-NINE residences are primarily catered towards “Family Living”. The principle used carefully considers each household member’s position on the order of hierarchy interplay and how each shall coexist seamlessly to best form a home.

Adisai Piensuparp

Principal Architect, CEO

Mr Piensuparp got his start working part-time at The Liebman Melting Partnership in New York, where he was studying for his Master's in Architecture at Pratt Institute. Influenced by western, contemporary design and his eagerness to incorporate his unique ideas led him to start EHL design with his partner. 

His background as an architect has grounded his unique approach to real estate. As a designer grounded in practicality and functional design, every single detail, from the landscaping to how each household member will interact with a given space, is thoroughly considered by him before presenting it to the world.

Bancha Santapant

Ajarn Bancha is as an educator. With a combined seven years of teaching at Rangsit University and the Office of Vocational Education Commission, he served as a thesis advisor and lecturer in Architectural Design and Aesthetics in Architecture to over 700+ students. 

 

Alongside his architect license, Ajarn Bancha also hold a license as an urban designer and was the 21st person in the country to do so. With a magnitude of projects under his belt and his speciality in planning and technical designs, he manages all our operations and makes sure all our projects are executed smoothly to the highest standard.

Before turning to real estate, our founders started their architecture practice “EHL Design” in 1993, taking on projects based on referrals only. The unpublicised practice, which is still active today, primarily deals with private residential clients looking to make their desires a reality. With almost three decades of experience designing and developing exclusive residences for high profile clients, the architects set out to establish their own developments.
